How to Invest with Us (Foreigners)

We welcome international investors interested in the coffee sector in Tanzania. Investors can partner with us legally through the support framework provided by the Tanzania Investment Centre, which facilitates and protects foreign investments in the country.

To invest and operate with us in Tanzania, a foreign investor typically follows the steps below:

1. Investment Agreement
The investor signs an investment or partnership agreement with Mbinga Golden Coffee Limited outlining the investment structure, profit sharing, and operational responsibilities.

2. Register the Investment (Optional but Recommended)
Large investments can be registered with the Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) to obtain investment protection, incentives, and government support.

3. Tax Registration
The investor or investment entity may obtain a Tax Identification Number (TIN) from the Tanzania Revenue Authority for tax compliance.

4. Work Permit
If the investor intends to work or manage operations in Tanzania, a work permit may be required through the relevant government authorities.

5. Residence Permit
